Women in security and special forces

It was great to hear from inspiring women, leaders in law enforcement and the military. Their experience and perspectives shed light on the importance of having more women in higher ranks.

It was especially highlighted how crucial it is for men to stand beside women and support their progress.They explained that the way encouraging male allies in the security forces can foster a more inclusive environment that benefits the Greek police and military forces.
