Shortly before the official opening of the Thessaloniki Tech Lab, representatives of Private Schools visited the Eduact complex and the facilities of the upcoming Tech Lab.

In the presence of the President of the Organization, Kostas Vasileiou, and representatives of the American Mission in Greece, the guests got acquainted with Eduact and its innovative initiatives, as well as participated in a practical training robotics workshop by the certified Lego Education Teacher Trainer Mr. Dimitris Siskos.

The event at the Tech Lab included a tour of the facilities, as well as a presentation of the institution and the prospects of the American Corner in Thessaloniki.

Special interest was expressed for the prospect of increasing the extroversion of the educational community of the city through the Tech Lab, and for the exchange of good educational practices and know-how between Greece and the United States.

The event was also attended by American Eduact volunteer students from Indiana universities based in Thessaloniki through an exchange program.

The meeting ended with a musical event which highlighted the diversity of the space. It was a Productive meeting just before the big day. Stay tuned…
